Cartiere Cariolaro S.p.A. has a present production capacity of approx. 90.000 tons per year in the two mills. 80 % is recycled printing paper both uncoated and coated in reels and sheets. 30 % of the production is sold in Germany, France, Holland and Belgium. To acknowledge the environmental compatibility of the production process and the materials used for the printing paper, in the 1986 the " BLUE ANGEL " was awarded to Cartiere Cariolaro S.p.A. by the German Ministry of Environment.

Since the beginning the constant aim of the company has been the one to invest in the research after waste paper processing and innovative technical paper. With reference to this, in cooperation with Gruppo X di X Gruppo, an high deformable paper for special packaging able to replace plastic was patented: Mould Paper .
